Inbound Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
This Inbound Sales Specialist position will focus on lead development, selling, identifying product needs and growing territory for the security solutions sector.
Should be knowledgeable of the security industry, mobile surveillance units, and security monitoring and manufacturing industry.
Reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour
Essential Functions:
Interact with business prospects (cold, warm or hot outreaches) via telephone, email, leads generated from Company website, social media, etc.
Research account, identify key players, generate interest and develop account to stimulate opportunity
Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executives
Have strong interpersonal, and communication skills; experiences with email, social media, phone, etc.
Be the trusted resource and develop top notch relationships with prospects
Schedule appointments for the Sales Team
Great communication, organizational, time and territory management skills
Team player and the ability work with a fast-moving Sales team
Able to speak as the Company expert on product offerings and solutions
Fearless self-starter with a track record in follow-up and sales development

What you’ll need to bring to the Table:
Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce experience
Heavy use of Microsoft Office and Teams, Google, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Outreach.
io and other Social Media platforms
Endure prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
Positive and energetic phone manners, heighten listening abilities, and strong writing talents
