As District Manager you’ll be leading multi-restaurants in the North Orange County area (up to 7 restaurants) with responsibilities to include developing team members, inspiring our teams to deliver outstanding guest service while meeting financial performance.

*Essential Responsibilities*
* Oversee and provide leadership to multiple teams, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
* Monitor and analyze district performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements as needed.
* Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
*Experience Required*
* Minimum of five (5) years proven experience in managing multiple restaurant/retail locations or districts, including 5 years supervisory/management experience managing front/back of house operations.
* Strong background in sales, profit loss management, and business development.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies for business growth.
* Experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
This role requires frequent local travel within territory/region.
