Penelope Pots in Huntington Beach, CA is looking for one studio coordinator to join our 16 person strong team.
We are located on 5862 Bolsa Avenue Suite 104.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Role and Responsibilities The Studio Coordinator assists in the day-to-day operations of the company and is overseen by the Studio Manager, Owner, and Head Designer.
The studio coordinator is responsible for the general upkeep of the studio, managing supplies, client correspondence, general office tidiness, and will assist with event production as needed.
This position encompasses the following responsibilities: *Provide support to retail store location, as needed *Assist studio staff with all tasks needed, while working closely with floral manager *Client correspondence – email/Honeybook/phone *Proposals – preparation, finalizing, follow-up, revisions, final revisions prior to event *Errands – run as needed *Sales – assist staff with meeting monthly sales quotas by following up with clients, starting proposals, making revisions as needed, etc.
*Marketing – coordinate upload of image galleries to Google Drive, coordinate with outside consultants to get them collateral needed, maintain office marketing materials, occasional social media posting/stories, new account outreach.
*Studio upkeep – organization, cleaning, supply ordering/stocking, maintenance *Event preparation – supply ordering, floral cleaning/preparation, décor/floral packing, production assistance (as needed) *Post-production – assist in studio clean-up, organization, putting items away Qualifications and Education Requirements Professional working environment experience required, client correspondence experience required, some college required.
Sales and marketing experience a plus.
Ability to drive studio van required.
Preferred Skills Detail-oriented, excellent command of English language, punctual, excellent writing skills, self-starter, organized, professional demeanor, computer savvy, ability to prioritize, fast-moving when needed, hard-working, positive demeanor.
Schedule Part-time or Full-time/Flex schedule Normal hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm (must be available weekends, as needed) Additional benefits *8 days PTO per year, 50% of monthly health insurance cost (up to $200), work cell phone We are looking forward to receiving your application.
