Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
At GST, we are looking for a skilled and seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy, corporate branding, marketing sales initiatives, client events, and vendor relationships.
This position places a strong emphasis on event planning, content development, customer acquisition, and creative graphics.
As the GST Senior Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to execute a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives.
This will involve marketing plans, event management, content creation, graphic design, case studies, digital campaigns, and sales lead management.
Additionally, you'll organize and lead meetings, conferences, seminars, and various corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses brand management, customer acquisition, communication, and content creation.
- Collaborate with vendors on marketing development funds, co-sponsorship of events, and innovative customer acquisition strategies.
- Create written materials, including marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts.
- Design and generate content for a variety of materials, such as brochures, product and sales one-sheets, and presentations to sales teams, and management.
- Craft creative and informative briefs, blog posts, press releases, and talking points to effectively communicate company and industry news.
- Lead all aspects of events, from site visits and invitations to event coordination and post-event surveys.
- Manage all tasks related to marketing events and meetings, including space negotiations, acting as an onsite liaison, overseeing check-in, and ensuring seamless event cleanup.
- Maintain oversight of marketing finances, including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.
- Update and manage the company website to ensure it accurately reflects our latest offerings and information.
- Perform all other marketing and sales-related tasks and duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing platforms and social media to drive marketing initiatives.
- Expert computer proficiency, including the latest marketing software.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and persuasive messaging.
- Strong graphics design and copywriting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
