Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorships and partnerships to support our organization's initiatives and live events.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to attract new sponsors and retain existing ones
- Identify and target potential sponsors through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to create sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
- Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google platforms
- Strong sales skills with experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, warm calling, or technology sales
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of sponsorships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
