The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals in a specific geographic territory.
Other key responsibilities include: identifying and targeting new customers, implementing vertical market strategies, engaging in community business events, and selling NFI's portfolio of supply chain solutions with a particular focus on the distribution.
This position will report to the Director of Warehouse Operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Generate new account business
Sell to senior supply chain executives
Develop and close sales leads
Develop and deliver customer presentations
Retain and grow existing customer base
Negotiate contract terms, contract structure and product lines
Develop proposals and build customer solutions
Partner and collaborate with Operations, Solution Design, IT, Real Estate
Manage key administrative tasks
Requirements:
BA or BS degree preferred
3 or more years of successful sales experience with a proven winning track record for developing new business and expanding business base
Proficient in relationship building throughout clients to include C-level executives
Strong analytical skills – ability to assess, design and sell a given solution
Exposure to Supply Chain, Warehouse or Transportation industry knowledge preferred
Ability to market and sell complex integrated supply chain solutions
Ability to communicate and negotiate with corporate level staff
Strong general business acumen and maturity
50% travel
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000- $100,000.
