401k retirement plan Comprehensive health benefits ABOUT THE POSITION The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as paid media, email, social media, content marketing, campaigns, tourism board, and partnership activities.
This person will work on any of the touring collection brands and help support other marketing coordinators with similar tasks if there is an overflow of work.
This role will coordinate marketing activations, including overseeing production items and working closely with team members to ensure all briefs for any projects are completed efficiently and followed through with deadlines.
This role will also have responsibilities related to working closely with centralized global teams to brief and support all marketing initiatives.
Requirements: WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Coordinate assets for a wide variety of marketing projects and campaigns, including but not limited to direct mail marketing, brand collateral and advertising programs.
Write and submit thorough and accurate project briefs to copywriters, designers and channel team members, to ensure production team has clear direction on objective and expected output.
Responsible for overall quality assurance on all projects, including printed direct mail, flowing through production to ensure accuracy of content, that project details and objectives are met and tasks have been fulfilled accurately by team members.
Provide feedback in a timely manner to the production team members on any projects.
Communicate any timeline shifts back to appropriate stakeholders.
Deliver projects to relevant teams, including CRM, Web, Digital Performance Media and Sales teams, with clear instructions, accurately and on time.
Collaborate with team members to ensure daily priority lists and weekly project status reports are delivered on time and within scope.
Keep projects moving under pressure and on tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats across inter-departments and keep all teams informed of activity and status updates.
Communicate potential problems to Comms & Campaigns Teams and recommend solutions.
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
Support facilitation of marketing strategy for any integrated campaigns across all channels in support of business objectives for respective brands.
Support Brand & Comms Manager in execution of general marketing initiatives, including providing metrics across various marketing channels as needed.
Perform any administrative duties as assigned or needed.
EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred, digital or agency experience a plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data.
Ability to utilize web tools and in-house technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
Prior use of project management platforms is a bonus.
