Eravant is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to enter purchase orders, create, modify, and close work orders for the manufacturing team, answer customer inquiries, and maintain documentation.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, an effective communicator in writing and over the phone, with a customer-first attitude.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers in a clear and concise manner.
* Manage and update customer information in NetSuite to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our manufacturing products.
* Assist with the RFQ process.
* Continuously learn the Eravant product catalog and stay up to date on the latest offerings.
* Comply with company policies related to export compliance.
* Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree required.
Political Science, International Relations, and/or English are preferred.
* Experience using ERP Systems or Business Software a plus.
* Comfortable following documentation and adhering to set processes.
* Able to work through a set schedule and meet expectations of your inquires daily.
* Able to keep strict and comprehensive documentation, ensuring all details are recorded for each sale and/or work order.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
* Effective communication skills in writing, in person, and via telephone.

The compensation range for this position is $21-26/hour.
