*SUMMARY: Broker Relations* reports to Association Executive, with the support of the Office Manager.
Broker Relations provides efficient, organized, and friendly support.
Ensuring that brokerages send their agents to join Rancho Southeast REALTORS®.
Targeting licensees directly to promote Rancho Southeast REALTORS® services and providing list of members brokerages they can join.
Administrative skills to align seamlessly with the job requirements; in office management, data entry, calendar coordination, communication, time management, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
During annual billing season and other times as designated by the supervisor, all staff assist with handling a high volume of inbound calls for dues payments and renewals.
Should there be a conflicting priority, staff shall consult supervisor for direction.
*CLASSIFICATION:* Hourly position *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: *Broker Relations responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting and answering and directing phone calls, assisting with Membership, MLS, Supra, Education and payment process.
In person or by phone.
Also, will act as a liaison providing product/services information, answering and resolving any emerging problems that our member accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

*Broker Relations – Outreach Program* Main goals of the Outreach Program, increase membership count, strengthening our relationship with Broker/Office Mangers by addressing their needs.
While constantly reaching out to them via in person meetings and promoting our benefits, education and events.
Membership growth-target 2,500 primary REALTORS® in 2024.
*Broker Relations – Main Responsibilities* Respond to Office requests and coordinate visit.
Engage with a minimum of brokers per day via live contact.
Develop Product presentations and demonstrations to members.
Analyze member feedback and develop new techniques to ensure member retention.
Build positive working relationships with members for continued business.
Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
Assist with challenging Broker/Member request or issue escalation as needed.
Work closely with Communications Department to promote Events.
Assist with various administrative tasks for special projects (i.
e.
, Themed Educational Weeks, Golf, etc.
) Develop trusted advisor relationship with key Brokerage contacts.
Visit offices at least 30-35 per month.
Expense reports can be submitted within monthly basis to Accounting or AE for reimbursement.
Dependable, Reliable with appointments Call Office Brokers/Mangers and share Outreach Program.
Office Outreach, must visit offices and promote our services, during Brokerage Office meetings Schedule Broker/Managers sit down appointments and offer, membership, outreach, training, benefits.
Provide AE a bi-weekly offices contact count, Business Cards, Follow up emails Broker Update (every two weeks) Materials, Broker Related, MLS and C.

Assist walk-ins with MLS questions or concerns.
Assist members with usernames and passwords.
Walk agents through the process of inputting a listing and explain to them what certain fields are required.
Have a clear understanding of CRMLS Rules and Regulations and the CRMLS Citation Policy Provide a report during team management meetings.
Assist members with certain CRMLS Additional Products and Resources Attend MLS webinars, upon approval from Supervisor.
*Members Services Support* During Billing season and other times, a high volume of inbound calls for dues payments and renewals.
Enter payments received by mail (very high volume in December and January) Greet Members at the counter, friendly, professional matter, Ask members “how can we help you today” Assist, with basic with new enrolling and reinstate fees.
Transfer member to Membership Supervisor if (when) needed.
Provide members with information to assist new agents/affiliates with benefits and access to their account(s) with us.
Promote participation to RAF and HAF Issue Supra services to members Assist members in obtaining Key Authorization code.
Assist members to register for events/classes and or process registration cancellations.
Count daily cash balance in register and update Excel Log.
Process renewal, monthly plan payments Provide basic MLS and Education Support Help at the counter/desk with any walk-ins Education Member and Staff Support Assist members with enrolling into a class, class cancelations.
Assist members with 45-hour renewal questions.
Assist members with Code of Ethics tracking.
Event Member and stuff Support Help set up auditorium for class/events/marketing meetings/coffee.
Assist with clean up cleaning.
Provides set up and tear down for Board of Director meetings*,* Room Rentals Help members resolve compliance or billing issues.
Help the team by answering questions, providing training, and promoting collaboration.
Create RAPATTONI batches on the first of the month.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT: * This position primarily operates in a professional office environment at the association offices or at the Broker members’ facilities and other venues where classes will be offered by the association.
This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and projectors.
The noise level is usually moderate.
This position may require working some evenings.
