Need 'mothers helper' cleaning/kids/etc (Redondo Beach)

Hello.
I am actually a single Father, but I understand the term here is mothers helper.
Need: - House cleaning (1x per week full, + as needed.
House 1500 square feet) - Child care - 2 girls: 6 and 2 - Occasional school pickups - Occasional morning help / getting ready for school / school dropoffs - Occasional babysitting or evening help - Eventually could handle some overnights (put kids to bed, get kids ready in morning, etc) - Laundry - General help - This has the potential to turn into a live-in situation if things go well and it works for both of us It's ideal if: - you have experience with younger kids - you have a car or at the least, a license - you're flexible as my needs can vary from week to week - you are reliable, respond quickly, and do what you say - You are near-ish the Redondo area and plan to stick around for a while Please DO NOT reply if: - You aren't willing to do/interested in everything mentioned - Your email address or name is something sexual - You plan to only write one sentence to say you're interested.
I am happy to try to work on a 'minimum', but I might need a lot of help one week and only a little bit the next.
Pay is flexible.
Would like you to start immediately.
I am in central Redondo Beach, off 190th ave.
