Resident On-Site Property Management "Team/Couple" for 60-unit gated apartment complex in Harbor City.
Provide management services in exchange for a large 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath apartment, appliances (stove, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave), utilities paid and off-street parking space.
Manager's unit is upstairs and overlooks both courtyards.
Building is 2-story, has on-site laundry, parking, and is gated with security cameras.
2\.
Resident both On-Site and Remote Property Management "Team/Couple" for 3 small apartment complexes in San Pedro (12 unit, 6 unit, 3 unit) and 3 house properties in San Pedro.
Provide management services in exchange for a large 1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment, appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave), utilities paid and off-street parking space.
Manager's unit is upstairs.
Building is 2-story, has on-site laundry, parking, and is gated with security cameras.

Duties required for both positions:
- Be on-site and available to answer tenant issues that arise, such as, jammed security gate, malfunctioning refrigerator, hot water down, tenant locked self out, etc.
- Clean vacant units after tenants move, rent vacancies, be available for service vendors, answer gated front door for deliveries from a.

to p.
m.
, keep laundry room clean, and maintain grounds, parking lots, front curb and sweep free of leaves and trash several times a week.
- Must be able to easily walk up stairs to second floor.
- Light handyman abilities and light plumbing (patching leak until plumber can be scheduled)
Experience needed for both positions:
- Related management history and a "people" person.
- Simple email/MSword/Excel knowledge necessary.
- 25+ years general work experience.
- Lifestyle that keeps one or both mainly at home to properly manage the property and ability to work with service providers.
We're looking for a seasoned team with related experience.
Retired "Baby-Boomer" couple is a great fit for this position.
