I am a licensed Realtor with a background in construction and development.
I started at a young age, in my teens, helping friends and family in construction on the weekends.
I professionally became an electrician in 1988 at the age of 18.
I started helping other Realtors and investors flipping homes in 2005 when the market was crashing and investors started buying up real estate.
I currently bid work, of various trades, for a general contractor.
I am immersed in the business of real estate and development daily, weekends, too.
I am looking to work with buyers and sellers to provide opportunities on both sides.
