Marked "Italy" on the bottom of its base.
Local pick up only in West Garden Grove.
No shipping! Breakable! I can't find an artists name or a date of manufacture anywhere on this figurine.
He is holding flowers in his left hand and whatever he was holding in his right hand has broken off and lost over time.
(Probably more flowers).
