Experienced and dedicated private caregiver team of two with a strong background in home health care, seeking a position where we can provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Our Professional Experience Includes:
• Providing comprehensive home health care services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), transportation, medication reminders and administration, moving and lifting, and wound care
• Performing household chores, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Demonstrating respect for client's privacy and dignity at all times
• Administering tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for patients
• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Administering medications as directed, setting reminders, and ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens
• Safely moving and lifting clients, using proper techniques and equipment
• Applying and changing dressings, monitoring wound healing, and reporting any changes to the medical team
• Tube Feeding: Preparing and administering tube feedings, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Companionship: we can plan social activities or just be there to listen

AVAILABLE AS A TEAM OR INDIVIDUALLY!
