As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students within a classroom.
Working closely with teachers, staff, and students, you will contribute to creating a positive and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to implement lesson plans and activities.
Provide one-on-one or group support to students during instructional sessions.
Assist in classroom management and behavior support to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Offer individualized attention to students with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their educational goals.
Provide support during special education programs and activities, as needed.
Foster positive interactions between students, promoting a sense of inclusion and belonging.
Assist with classroom preparations, materials, and resources to enhance learning experiences.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and achievements.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy of student information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational environment.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and educational staff.
Familiarity with educational techniques, including behavior management and special education practices, is a plus.
Successful completion of required background checks and adherence to institutional guidelines.
