As a Runner, you will provide thorough vehicle cleaning services, inspection of vehicles, picking up and dropping off vehicles and parts.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.
The Runner must be capable of work that meets our company’s high standards and the standards of our valued customers.
Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures Relocate vehicles to various locations and provide transportation for customers Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries regarding parts Take necessary pictures of vehicle inventory and parts Run necessary dealer related errands Qualifications High level of attention to detail Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
