Role Overview Join the Fisker team as a Fisker Delivery Specialist and play a crucial role in guiding guests through the customer journey, providing exceptional service, and educating them on the Fisker brand and its products.

Host delivery appointments and conduct new owner orientation sessions.
Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a seamless delivery appointment.
Demonstrate mastery of presenting, selling and delivering Fisker products Prepare customer loan and DMV documents prior to delivery appointment and confirm accuracy.
Maximizing scheduling calendar for delivery Prepare customers for their delivery appointment through customer outreach, vehicle education and paperwork efficiencies.
Maintaining store fleet: coordinating service, allocation Management Ensure vehicles are onsite as prepared for customer appointments.
Compiling and running reports to analyze delivery performance and improvements.
Manage relationships and maintain effective communication with all teams.
Accompany customers on tailored test drive experiences.
Keyholder responsibilities to include opening/closing of facilities and conducting morning/evening recaps.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business need including Sales and Delivery Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Proactive team member who is goal-oriented + highly motivated Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
Great attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills Positive, enthusiastic and passionate mindset Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Additional Requirements · Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required Expected Salary Range: $27hr - $32hr Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits.
An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26.
Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
