Responsibilities:
Join the #1 beer distributor in the United States! We are hiring immediately and offering the following:
Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 3:00am - 4:00am start time
Home Daily (local routes only)
Compensation: $25 Starting Rate per hour during training and then component pay between $90,000 - $100,000 annually once training is completed or assigned to a route.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
Pick up returned product as required
Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
Complete company training and certifications as required
Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Must have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements
Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs.
to 50 lbs.
on a regular basis
Must be able to pass a post-offer background, DOT Physical and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Customer service experience
Experience with a handheld ordering device and working in a multi-temperature environment
Stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading experience
Foodservice distribution, grocery store, or beverage delivery experience
