Medical Driver

Haven Health is a Hospice, Palliative, and Home Health agency in Southern California looking for a Driver to join our team.

*Responsibilities:* * Adheres to agency’s policies and procedures.
* Works closely and under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner and CEO * Chauffeurs the Nurse Practitioner to and from patient visits * Assists the Nurse Practitioner with Spanish translations * Assists the Nurse Practitioner with obtaining appropriate level of care consents * Forwards signed consents to appropriate level of care * Maintains company vehicle for readiness * Always represents company in professional appearance and demeanor * Performs other duties as assigned *Requirements* *Qualifications:* * Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills * Bilingual, English and Spanish * Detail oriented * Medical field knowledge (preferred) Haven Health provides quality clinical care along with encouraging and empathetic support to help our patients reach their healthcare goals.
We are centrally located in Signal Hill and serve patients from Los Angeles to Orange County.
We are accredited by The Joint Commission and have over 15 years of experience in Hospice and Home Health care and 7 years of experience in Palliative Care.
