_Seasonal Floral Delivery Driver _
*About Rolling Hills Flower Mart:*
We are a high end, high-volume flower shop in the Riviera Village in Redondo Beach, CA looking for extra help with floral deliveries for Valentine's Day, 2024! Must be available to work all day on Tuesday, 2/13/24, and Wednesday 2/14/24.
Availability half day on Monday 2/12 is also appreciated though not required.
Early mornings on both days (7a start time) is ideal!
Given the applicant is a good fit for the job, we are also looking for help with more seasonal delivery driving in the future for when we have events and future busy times.
Typically there is more seasonal work and you'll continue to have more work opportunities with us in the future!
*Job Responsibilities:*
Must be comfortable using his or her own personal vehicle to take floral deliveries, though anyone hired will be reimbursed for their gas and mileage on their vehicle.
Must also use personal cell phone or GPS to determine delivery locations, take pictures of deliveries left on porches, and be comfortable texting customers to let them know a delivery has arrived.
We are looking for a person who is able to lift heavy arrangements of flowers, who pays attention to detail, is good with directions, and has strong familiarity with the South Bay and Beach Cities.
The length of the shift will be determined by how many deliveries we have - some shifts may be shorter than 8 hours, others may be longer.
Sometimes our customers will tip, but not always.
*Qualifications:*
Must have some delivery driving experience!
