Looking for full time dispatch who have experience with Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles: Requirement - More than 5 years dispatch experience with LA/LB port - Known how to add/delete drivers from port systems - Has the skills of how to work with drivers - Has the mentality to deal with stress environment - Able to foresee 3 days in advance and with plan - Able to deal with emergency and unexpected issues - Has the skill to move drivers and appointments around to be most efficiency - Dispatch has to guard two red lines: demurrage and per-diem - Known some basic DOT compliance
