DELIVERY DRIVER / WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE NEEDED Singla Spices, Inc.
is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good organizational and communication skills with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Truck Driver/Warehouse Employee Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pull orders; check orders for accuracy; pack boxes; place orders in delivery area.
• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders and ensuring cargo is secured.
• Follow routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Take inventory of orders being delivered.
• Complete deliveries by driving box truck or van to and from customers; Unload order and obtain signatures from customer confirming accuracy of delivery.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Follow all state and national large driving safety regulations and standards Other Duties and Responsibilities: • Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, floors, pallet area, workstations, and restroom neat and clean.
• Promote a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Valid and current Class C Driver’s License • 10-15 years professional driving experience with a box truck, van or related work experience • Must have a clean driving record with no recent moving violations (applicants are requested to bring a copy of their driving record from the DMV during your interview) • Physically fit and able lift 55 lbs.
or more comfortably • Pallet jack and forklift experience required • Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and fluent in English • Able to work at weekends, extended hours and holidays as needed Hours: M-F 8:00 a.
