*JOB ID 16297 - *A lovely family in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a part time nanny for their 2 children, ages 4 and 6.
5 years old, to start as soon as possible.
Care is needed long-term Mondays-Wednesdays from approximately 2pm-7pm.
The 4 year old is reserved at first, but will then talk your ear off and make you laugh.
They love arts + crafts, helping around the house, following and playing with their older sibling, and playing outside.
The 6.
5 year old is very imaginative and has a lot of energy.
They love to draw and create comic books and build things.
The family is open to offering additional hours for last minute intermittent care during the weekdays from 8am-5pm when the children are home from school due to being sick, or on Fridays and Saturdays for date nights from 6pm-2am.
Those applying do not need to be available for these additional requests for backup care and are still welcome to apply if only available Monday-Wednesday from 2pm-7pm.
A great candidate will be attentive, engaging, and reliable.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Driving children; School pickups + extracurricular activities (furthest distance 30-45 minutes)
* Homework help
* Preparing/cooking dinner + lunches for the week for children
* Laundry for children
* Bath + bedtime routines
* Light housekeeping related to children
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience, specifically with elementary ages
* Must be UTD on CPR certification or willing to renew prior to start
* Must be eligible to work in the U.
S.
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must have a valid driver’s license + clean driving record
* Must have a reliable vehicle to transport children - car seat(s) will be provided
