We are looking for an experienced Program Leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of programs, including planning, organizing, and implementing activities.
The Program Leader will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that programs are meeting the needs of the community, and providing guidance and support to program participants.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing quality programming.
Program Leaders may work at any AYA program sites and receive their assignments based on their availability and AYA program needs.
* Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, Program Leaders work directly with students at a school site.
* Act as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor to the students.
* Maintain consistent supervision and active involvement with students at all times.
* Ensure the safety of the students while following a prescribed program plan.
* Program Leaders are responsible to create and facilitate academic and recreational enrichment for up to 20 students
* Develop engaging and creative lesson plans.
* Establish clear, consistent expectations for behavior and positive discipline.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
_Hours and Scheduling_: Monday to Friday, schedule varies between 1:00pm-6:00pm

* Must successfully pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
* Must pass TB test
* Must have reliable transportation
