com About the role codeCampus is seeking to hire and train Summer Camp Teachers in the Lawndale area for Summer 2024 and beyond.
As a Summer Camp Teacher, you will: Work with site staff in our summer program in our partner schools within the Lawndale Elementary School District Lead STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum Teach students in grades TK - 5th Classes run Monday to Friday from 12:30pm - 3:30pm About you This role is great for early-career educators who have availability during the summer.
Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications: Available to start training immediately (paid) Availability to start working by June 2024 (employment to continue through Fall 2024 and beyond based on performance) Available Monday - Friday from approximately 12:30pm - 3:30pm (approx.
12-15 working hours/week) Exceptional communication and organizational skills Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Willing to go through our professional development training program Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $17.
