School Age Before/After School Care Teacher

- Plan and deliver lessons to students based on the curriculum guidelines - Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students - Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians - Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events - Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferre - Knowledge of childhood development and effective teaching strategies - Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - At least 18 years old - Must have fingerprint clearance, TB test, and doctors physical before starting If you are passionate about educating students and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply.
