Seeking live in caregiver for my special needs young adult daughter(ASD, growth hormone def , has never had puberty, looks like a cute 12yr) & personal assistant for me.
Some night time hours occasionally required .
Your own room is provided and full access to rest of apartment.
Gated community, pool, spa, barbque and gym .
My daughter is nonverbal w/ the exception of a few words ( e g.
Hi, bye, mama, etc ) she has good receptive language understands English fully and some Spanish, & a few signs and gestutes.
She needs some assistance walking outside & her ADLs.
Other duties: cooking meals 4 us both, Laundry, grocery shopping, light housekeeping.
( I have professional cleaners come in for deep cleaning).
Also important to play games , arts & crafts and dancing \*with daughter .
There will be down time during week especially when my daughter is not home! (\* Daughter feet began turning outward during the Covid quarantine to the point she is walking on bone side of her feet), she is getting braces & PT to correct& hopefully restore her walk& dancing.
I have a respiratory condition, when in a hurry , need assistance ( e.
g.
removing clothes from tight closet, buckling ankle straps on heels, etc.
, otherwise I can become short of breath!
You need to have your own car, for driving my daughter to school, various therapies and drs.
Also on outings to park, beach, shopping etc.
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED & BOOSTING PREFERRED!
My daughter is a very sweet and loving young lady, that smiles most of the time.
She does not have angry out burst.
Before the problem with her feet she enjoyed helping with vacuuming and washing dishes ( with supervision & making beds.
As soon as she is physically able , I want to restore her level of independence & confidence
