This is a Victorinox Rolling Parliament computer travel bag.
It was a promotional giveaway so it has a Budweiser badge on the side.
The bag hasn't been used so its in like new condition.
It does have a little piece of plastic broken off on the bottom by the wheel.

Its about 18" wide and 15" tall.
The handle pulls out over easy rolling.
