They work on commission only so there is no overhead.
Also, in some locations that are high traffic areas, agents are not needed because the machines sell themselves with a message on there that says, "Call to Advertise on This Screen.

Other locations like vet clinics, pediatrician clinics, hospitals, have target market advertisers.
For example, let's say our kiosk station is placed at a vet clinic.
If an agent reaches out to a local dog trainer, grooming company, dog sitter, or photographer for dogs how do you think the responses are when they ask them "how would you like hundreds of dog owners throughout the day starting at your advertisement at a vet clinic?
Or a sanitizer kiosk placed at a pediatrician clinic and an agent reaches out to companies that are guitar lessons for kids, piano lessons for kids, singing lessons for kids, swimming lessons etc.
