Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our home remodeling projects.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and renovation, coupled with strong project management skills.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the remodeling process, from initial consultation to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of the home remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues or concerns
Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address questions or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience managing home remodeling projects from conception to completion
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Project, BuilderTREND)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
