The date code OE0S731 seems to translate to May, 1965, but not 100% sure of that.
These are special heavy-duty tires that would have been included as part of a severe-duty Police option package in that era.
They're heavily cracked, but have decent tread, and would be most suitable as a spare, or a nifty display item when showing your ca.
