Each building is around 450sq ft totaling to roughly 800sq feet of interior space, and the outdoor yard is 3 times that.
Its ideal for 1-2 persons, but we've had a couple, small family, and a Mom and kids before so lots of different scenarios have been successful and happy in the space!
This is not a share, sublease, or roommate type situation - its a completely private home.
