Younger guy looking to move to Long Beach

HI I'm Davey.
I'm looking to move to Long Beach from Palm Springs.
My husband and I moved there just before the pandemic, but he passed away (he was much older) and I've decided to try Long Beach.
I've never been there but I've heard good things about it.
SO I'm looking for a casita or a room in a gay-friendly home.
I'm very handy to have around.
I can repair most anything in a house, I am a clean person that likes to cook.
I'm kind, honest, and good company.
